1. Introduction
At skirt.community, the safety and well-being of our users is our highest priority. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This policy outlines our commitment to preventing, detecting, and reporting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any exploitative behaviors involving minors on our platform.
This CSAE Policy is aligned with global best practices, including those set forth by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), INHOPE, and applicable laws and regulations including the U.S. PROTECT Act, UK’s Online Safety Act, and the EU’s Digital Services Act (DSA).
